I purchased a diamond opal ring on july 12 for a bday present for my fiance who`s bday is on Aug 18th (thought that would be ample time for the ring to arrive on time). I purchased another ring on july 15th as well. I called near her bday to see where my ring was and found out that neither had been been sent out yet. After a no show for either ring in over a months time i called multiple times of which each time im on hold for over an hour just to speak to a rep. The reps are all very nice but they couldn`t get anything done for me because of they are as powerless as I. On aug31st. I cancelled my second ring because when i called, both rings were still not sent out and they had No answere for a date of it`s departure. I was told that my account would be credited for the ring in 5 days. It`s now sept9 and No refund and No word on the other ring. Enough is Enough, the rep tells me that DSN has been in business for ten years now, one thing. These problems shouldn`t exist with a so called reputable company that has been in existance for ten years. I truly have never dealt with this in my 32yrs of existance, it is unfortunate and dis heartening. I have watched Dsn for quite a while and there has been many long nights that it has kept me company. Sadly since all this BS and Dsn`s manner in wich it has treated me a costumer, I have not put it back on. Reading other customers same complaints I see I wasn`t the only used and abused ONE. It really is a shame that through all these hard times Dsn is showing that it just is in it for the money and doesn`t care about it`s customers.
