Purchased a purple spinel ring in October at auction for $800 as a one-of-a-kind. I requested it to be sized up to a size 8. My credit card was charged on Nov. 2. I began calling DSN on on or about 12/19. The customer service rep couldn't understand why I had not received my ring and said I would receive it the Saturday before Christmas, 12/24. Did not receive the ring. Called again on 1/9 and talked with customer rep Jose. He did not know why my ring was not sent out and would contact one of the owners to see if it could be expedited. I called again on 2/1 and reached Jose again. He appologized and said he would email one of the owners to see what the problem was. I asked that someone get back to me with a ship date. On 2/13 I tried calling again, only to be put on hold or 36 min. And 46 seconds at which time a hung up to return to work. On 2/15 I talked with Ashley. She tried calling the jewelry department to find out what the problem was and could not reach anyone. Said they were backlogged. On March 9 I sent a certified letter attention Art Garabedian. I have tried calling on 3/20,21, 22 and get a "your call is important to us" and a ringing phone that does not get answere.

Have purchased products from this company for a number of years, and although it took awhile to get my purchase, have had not had to wait more than two months.
