Paid HK by credit card through Paypal for an item to be shipped from their U.S.A. Warehouse. The amount paid also included the shipping amount they requested. After receiving my payment they sent me an email saying they needed another $54.00 in shipping costs or they wouldn't ship.

I filed a complaint with Payal and got my money back but what a scam!!
