Run an un-ethical practice and should be investigated immediately.
They called my office claiming to be in association with a conference and my secretary believed the man on the phone and booked our company into a hotel through them that was then un-changeable. She was led to believe that she could amend the booking. She was not, and the money was taken from the account.

We have had nothing but delayed responses and then abuse from a certain Kandi Tripp - who apparenly is the head of this company.

I wish that someone investigates them before anyone else has to go through what we have been through in dealing with them.
