Does not cancel my booking as asked

Recently I booked a hotel in Rhodes on a website cheaphotels. Tk. The full amount of money was charged immediately under the name of Met Global. A few days later I tried to cancel my booking on their webiste as the circumstances changed. However they do not cancel my booking, do not refund the money paid and do not answer to my letters, requests and complaints.
