Cancel my booking and refund the money

Recently I booked a hotel in Rhodes on a website cheaphotels. Tk. The full amount of money was charged immediately under the name of Met Global. A few days later I tried to cancel my booking on your website as the circumstances changed. However Met global does not cancel my booking, does not refund the money paid and does not answer to my letters, requests and complaints.
