I required a BluRay player so downloaded the trial version of Cyberlink DVD12. It worked so I examined all the advertising about the product, "No. 1 BluRay player" etc. So bought a download copy. It would not play BluRay and Cyberlink customer support told me DVD12 does not support BluRay. I cannot upgrade from this version, it being the latest version and the refund procedure is designed to be unworkable.
