Q Business Solutions sold a DVD download that is bogus, sold a trial version as a lifetime

Internet & Web

I purchased a download of PowerDVD from a site known as Downitnow and I and paid for a lifetime membership. What I received was a trial version and when I entered the code they gave me to register the product I was told it was invalid.

The receipt they gave listing Q Business solutions. They confirmed my lifetime purchase, gave me a code to enter into the registration windows for the product and that code doesnt work.

Cyberlink, the company who owns PowerDVD says they have no record of my purchase (initially I thought it was them that was ripping me off). Confusing coz the trial version links to Cyberlink.

Somehow Downitnow gets in the middle of all of this and manages to provide the trial version that you cannot register as a lifetime version.

Bizarre coz when I got the trial version it linked me to Cyberlink to register my product and Cyberlink shows that I have PowerDVD but they list it as the trial version. So, whether they are in league with Q Business Solutions to run this scam I have no idea.

I downloaded their program for a trial and it worked just as they said. I then purchased the license code to use the program in total. After getting the code the program would not accept the code. Now
