I ordered a witches brew candle from these people. Not even a custom made book back on Dec 2nd 2011. They told me they were out of stock but should get them by mid January. I waited then tried to reach them for an update and never heard from them again. I told Paypal I knew I was past the 45 day window but they should research this company and take them off their service for the poor business practices they do through Paypal. They get their money immediately but seem to pick customers out to take their money and never send product? They should be investigated. My loss is minimal compared to others but it's still not right and Paypal should do something as well as this hurts their reputation!
