I made an online puchase from Witches Moon's website that included a custom made book, Order 003487 from Witches Moon. They at that point stated that their completion times were to be from 12-15 months. After writing to check the status of my order I was informed of a shipment date of 10/31/08. When that date passed I tried to contact the company via the phone number listed on their paypal account for customer service. The answering machine that picked up informed that this was an inactive number and all I could do was leave a message and wait for an email. I contacted the company again via e-mail and was again told a new shipment date of 12/28/08 which was already well past their time for completion. Again they failed to send the products I had ordered. This time when I contacted them I asked for a refund as I have waited well past the times they themselves set to complete my order. At this point If my order has not shipped I will have to ask for a refund with interest as you are well past the time it should have been completed and you have been paid in advance.in the economy I cannot afford to have any funds essentially useless for over a year with no return on the original investment. If there were specific reasons why the book could not be completed you should have notified me of the delays as your website and yourself have said that you would. I find you to be very unprofessional and will be reporting you to the necessary persons/companies etc.in an effort to see that others are not defrauded by your business. Due to paypal's standard deadlines I am unable to have them deal with this matter and would not have been able to even at the first missed deadline. This leaves me in the position of having been out $254.05USD for a year and a half and no merchandise to show for it. RnrnAt this time they tried again to delay my taking action against them saying that materials needed had arrived (even though there had been no mention of missing materials in prior e-mails) and would now be able to complete the book. I replied that this was no longer an option as I was unsatified with their business practices and wanted a refund plus $50USD for the distress, time and effort I have expended trying to track down the products I ordered and the fact that they have had my money for over a year and I have not been able to make use of it or see any merchandise out of it. RnrnThey have yet to reply or initiate the refund as I asked. rn
