Jackpot Portable Toilets
Horrible Company

Back in June we requested a holding tank from Jackpot portable toilets. They said they would deliver it but never did we had to pick it up ourselves. There was a verbal agreement that they would pump it once a week four times a month. The cost for this service would be $181.48 per month. The first three weeks they came every Wednesday or Thursday. After the third week they would take two weeks and then three weeks to come. We would call and call ato ask them to come and pump the holding tank because every week we got to to the point where we couldn't flush the toilets anymore. The lady I would speak to (Patty) who was always rude and uncaring would tell me that they added new people to their route everyday and couldn't do anything about it and if the driver couldn't get to us they couldn't get to us.

Also, she would say that they had new drivers and had backed up work so there was always an excuse. After that we started getting even more frustrated and didn't pay for that month. And after we called them and the lady said they had changed their system and if the account was past due the new system would kick you out the route. We then told them that they wanted us to pay but they hadn't pump the holding tank but once or twice that month. So they gave us a discount so we paid and the next week we were back to the same thing. After that we where done with them and my husband called them and told them that if they didn't come and pump it we didn't want their service anymore and to come and get their holding tank. They didn't come so my husband contacted another company to come and pump it. So they did and also brought is another holding tank.

Jackpot never came to pick up their tank and completely forgot about us for about three months meanwhile their tank has been seating in our back yard empty all this time waiting to be picked up. But they suddenly realized it and without our authorization withdrew $545.00 because they had our debit card on file. We never authorized for them to take money out of the account and we were not going to pay for no service given. My husband called them to complain and the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional and didn't even let my husband speak. He said he wasn't going to give our money back. My husband then told him he was going to file a dispute and complaint with our bank and he didn't even care and said he had a lawyer. Then we called our bank and explain everything and they filed a dispute for the unauthorized transaction and he hasn't put the money back. This company is extremely unprofessional and doesn't care for their clients. They are rude and we have never dealt a company as frustrating as this one.
