Ripoff dishonest How morally wrong can one be?

We bought our 2003 Chevy S-10 extended cab truck in September because we had a daughter and needed a second trustworthy vehicle for my husband to drive and be able to have her in the car.

What we got is anything BUT trustworthy. When we pump gas into our gas tank and it fills up, it will not shut itself off - it overflows all over the truck. It has never worked. So when we get gas, we have to get a car wash also if we don't catch it in time.

We have had it in to Rosedale Chevrolet at least 8 times for this problem and my husband finally had to take the service manager to the gas station with him to show him.
One time we had it in they claimed they were able to see it happen which was odd for two reasons.

One: they hadn't washed the truck then (it was still dirty) so that gas had sat on there for a day

Two: there was only half a tank of gas in the truck when my husband picked it up - it happens when there is a FULL tank of gas - so either someone was out joy riding in our truck or they never even tried to find the problem.

We have received very disappointing service from Rosedale Chevrolet which has only added to our frustration about the original problem - they told us the first time we had it in that they replaced the gas and it should work. It didn't. Later we heard two different stories. One guy told my husband that the part never came in so they put the old tank back in and gave it back to us (telling us it was FIXED?) and another guy told my husband the wrong part came in so put the original tank back in.

Now we are sitting in arbitration seven months later and now the service manager is lying to the arbitration department and saying he never went with my husband to see that gas overflow! How morally wrong can one be?
