Was trying to reach customer service for philips and was redirected to this agency. They told me the number I was trying to call had been disconnected and to connect me to the new number there would be a $3.95 cent fee.in addition to the connection I would be sent a $100.00 gift card to the store of my choice. I knew then this was a scam and said I wasn't paying a thing to connect and asked for a supervisor. A man named Ed got on the phone and said I wouldn't get any help unless I paid the fee. I said I was gonna file a compalint and he said go ahead many have done that already, and laughed. I hung up and dialed the number again and got connected to Philips without any problems.
