No Loan Modification

We paid them $4000.00 up front after being told that our NPV test is in are favor and that are lender would have to give us a loan modification. While its been a year and we have been turned down 3 times by are lender. I have called liberty law credit over times and yet to speak to the same person twice. They time me that there migation team has been trying to contact my lender but they been successful, I told them to come to my house they call me every night. I am contacting my local county prosecutor and the bar association to report them.

I ask for my money back minus the $500.00 as agreed and nothing yet. They are a joke leading hard working people on.in the year we have been dealing with them I never spoke to one of their attorneys (if they even have any) and everytime they tell me a different attorneys name working on the case. I want my money back and I also want feedback for anyone who had a good experience with this company and even if you had a bad experience. My mortgage is upside down now dramatically because of them taking a year to do nothing, but I refuse to quit stop fighting.
