Purchased a travel bag for 2 surfboards in March. I used the bag twice, and the protective air chamber failed. The manufacturer provides a 5 year workmanship, and 1 year materials warranty. The customer support will NOT respond to any of the numerous emails and phone messages I have left. I suspect they are on their way out of business.
