I went to my bank to see what was going on with my account. Teller informed me that gra assit has been drawing on my account since 06/06. I immediately filed a claim for unauthorize use on my account. I was given the number 888-632-5590. I spoke to steven who informed me that i sent a cd, and after 7 days i would be charged 57.93 a month if i didnt cancel. I spoke to steven, he informed me that they been deducting from my acct. Since june. Steven then cancel the request. I asked steven if i would get reimbursed back from all of the non authorization months. Steven said there is a non refund policy. I ask for his supervisor and he said he was the the supervisor and their was no one else to talk with. I then asked for his boss name and he told me alex h. Steven also said that i wouldnt be geting any refund back. I called my bank and i was reimbursed back for 3 months only.
