Check process without authorization this company stole from me causing great hardship and loss

I checked my account as always last month on the 3rd to see my balance because I had paid my rent with a check as always to my surprise my account was overdrawn and there was a charge for $30.00 which my bank paid and charged me $35.00 which caused all my other checks to bounce.

I called my bank and pulled up my statement online and found a check for Check Process for a loan which I did not authorize, I did not receive any funding and have no idea how or who these people are. I called the number that was listed by my bank and got Vantage Funding. I called 8/8 @ 12:27

Spoke with Sara id#506, on 8/13 @ 11:19 spoke with Steven id# 396 and I asked for a supervisor.

I spoke with Sandra who stated she was Steven supervisor who told me my refund would be in my account on Friday 8/17, at 12:53 on 8/17 I spoke with Ann Id# 255 who stated funds would be in my account in 1 hour, they were not.
