I thought my bank card was wornen out. I went to my Credit Union, and found out that a Child Support freeze was place on my account for my son Steven Broadnax. Steven is on my Money Market account. However, The Credit Union took it on their selves to freeze all my accounts. They gave me a number to call inwhich I spoke to Steven Mckenna @512 433 4693. This person spoke to me as if I had murder someone. Steven stated he need me to send him something to prove that my son didn't place any money in my account. Steven Mckenna state, [I don't care what you send. If you want your account to be release you need to send something]. I ask him what, He stated he didn't know. The case was drop on my son and my account is still frozen. The attoney general did not touch my son or his baby mother banking account. Steven Mkenna yell over the phone at me on several calls, lied on me and my son, and refused to tell me what I needed. I call the Department of justice and continue to look fo sources to file on Steven Mckenna and Martha Rojas, who is the Credit Union person I had to deal with that took it on herself to freeze all my accounts and not just that one. The lady at the Credit Union stated[I guess your son need to pay his childsupport]. On Friday, 8/04, Steven McKenna Stated He had ask me to send three copies of my bank statement and the form when I first open the account, and he would unfreezed my account. He had never ask me or my son that.in fact I had ask the bank to fact one bank statement, in which they refused, thinking this would help me, than I drove and ask them for two months of statement and send them by my son, also my son drove back to the bank to recieve more of my information of when my late husband and I first open the account. He was told, Steven Mckenna ask the Credit Union to freeze all acouts with my name on it to get Steven, my son Attention. Not until I call that number and ask how to report him did he give me a direct answer, while he yell it. Please pull the phones records. Also Mckenna stated, My son Steven and I had walk out of the Attorney General office. Which wasn't true. My son and his son mother deal with them from 11am til4;30pn.in the meanwhile I was dealing with Steven McKenna on the other end. He should not have the right to talk to me like he did. He cause me not to be able to buy insulin most of all diabetic medication. I explain to him that. The charges was drop on my son, however they did try to get Tammy[ his son mother] to file charges against my son while they was dealing with this issuse. Help me please. Ended up.
