8 months ago I had a home security cctv monitoring system installed at my home Steven Roebuck. My camera system went out in five weeks ago. I contacted Mr. Steven Roebuck to make good on his 1 year parts and labor warranty. Steven returned my phone once and told me he will be here the next day. When he did not show up I called him back. To my shock he will never return my phone calls again.

I called again two days ago Steven picked up the phone. He told me that he see that I called him to many times. At that time he told me bitch I am not gone to fix it. Don't ever call me again. He need to pay for my security system. Please don't use this company. I also going to report him at the BBB.
