I received 3 unsolicited texts from Chalk Board IQ Fun Facts. I called to complain that I had not requested this service. My cell number was removed from the service. I told them that I did not want any charges from these texts. BUT, I still received a $9.99 charge on my Verizon bill. I called Mobile Media again, 2/6, and was told that a refund would be sent if I faxed my Verizon bill to them, and someone would call about the refund. I'll let you know how that works out.
