For four days in July, namely 3rd; 4th; 5th; 9th; I was charged £99 for text messages received (at £1.50 a time) and sent (at 10 pence a time) by the above company.

I only took possession of my new mobile on 1 July and had no idea how to text anybody. It took me at least 3 weeks to find how to turn on the keyboard! I have never made a habit of texting anyone from my mobile and only keep it for emergency health reasons.

Somehow the above firm got hold of my number and managed to simulate texts from my mobile. There are no signs on the mobile of my ever having texted them nor are there any signs of texts from them on the dates in question.

My mobile phone service provide Orange can do nothing about helping me as they say that these texts took place. I want to report the above firm as being fraudulent, taking money under false pretenses, hijacking my mobile number and presenting a bill to my phone provider as if these texts were genuine but do not know how to go about it.
