On my Verizon bill there was a charge that I had not approved. When I called Verizon they said it was for something through Mobile Media that had come in through a text. I told them I had not done anything like that and wanted it credited. Verizon told me I had to deal with the company directly. I called Mobile Media and explained everything and they told me I would be receiving a refund check in 2 weeks. When no check arrived in two weeks I called again. They said they were still processing it and I would receive in 10 business days. This went on for several times and finally I blew my stack and asked to speak to a supervisor. He said they had to get aproval from Verizon and I would be getting a confimation email from MM in two days and a check shortly. Guess what? No email and no check and it has been almost 2 weeks. I think Verizon needs to step up to the plate and take responsibility for letting this happen to their customers.
