Went to the store 2/5 after I haven't heard from them on when the recliner I purchased was in for pick up... The whse manager manager and girl behind the counter was so rude I was in shock... I told them I was there to pick up my chair... They said it would be there in thirty minutes and they would call... 2 hours later never heard from them... The whse manager came out and said if I was in that big of a hurry I could take the one off the floor that every one has been sitting in which I would consider USED. But I paid for a new one... The chair was supposed to have been in 2 days after I purchsed it. Not 7.. The whse manager was so so rude should not be dealing with the public... Very poor business... He more or less told me to leave until he called. What is up with that... Never have heard
