The company promises live streaming of Indian TV channels. Streaming quality is very poor and they waste months troubleshooting the issue to no avail. Last response I got from them was to test my TV box at a friends house who does not have Comcast. This is really pathetic. They also a fine print to charge for the box if you cancel the service. You cannot return the box. There is no direct support line to call them either. It's a sham company. Beware and stay away.
