Ordered counter stools in a natural oak and black finish. They were sent in an all black finish. Contacted company and was told I needed to provide them with a picture of items showing they were done in the wrong finish. Send them a picture. Have yet to hear back from company. Received these stools over 2 weeks ago and have called and e-mailed company several times about returning or getting a replacement. Have receive No response.
