Company Policy

Shopping at my local Target store today for Bar Stools. Good selection was offered, the stools that were assembled however were placed on the top shelf. I asked to see one and was told they could not be got down. "Company Policy" oh please! From my vantage point the only part I could see was the under side of the stool, and the picture on the box. I told the lady I only wanted to look and she said that was not possble. Needless to say I came away pretty ticked off and without my intended purchase. Am I the only person out there that wants to look before making a purchase? Please tell me it isn't so.
