Oken parts due to incorrect weight stated

Purchased 5 counter bar stools in Dec I have had several parts replaced and just recently I fell from the bar stool because the legs gave away from the seat frame, it actually broke apart. The weight capacity states 275lbs, I'm only 165lbs. The other 4 bar stools are headed that way as well, I have to constantly tighten screws. Can I get these parts replaced at no cost? If not what I'm I to do with the 5 stools I purchased a little over 3 months and have not gotten the enjoyment of using them for the money I paid for them. Please help.
