Refused our Return or Credit for Under-Sized Barstools. Company does not comply to their published Return Policy

We got ripped off by Chairs1000.

The 3 bar stools we received were different in color and size from their website picture. We only opened one box and never used the stools Tried emailing and calling the company many times but their customer service agents were rude and would not allow us to speak to a supervisor. They refused to let us return the items or get a credit.

Do not do business with this company. They have no integrity.
