I used Turbo-Tax's website to "File my Federal Taxes for Free!" After all was done it cost me $97 bucks! Then, I get these emails saying I've gotten rejected on both! To use THEIR links to "Fix the items"... Their links didn't work without trying to rebill me for everything (even the FREE Federal softare, etc.), a 2nd time!
-There's no way I can see to contact a human being
-There no address to write to, nor an email address.
It is/they are a total scam and a sham — I'll be reporting them everywhere I can! (FB, Consumer Protection, Attorney General, etc.), and I hope you can email me with anything you get on them.
