MWI*Simple Escapes
Rip-off!

While I was checking my bank statement online, i found a charge of $179.69 by MWI*Simple Escapes. I called the number right away and asked for my information (name, phone #), they said they can't find any information with the info, even if i told them that i think someone used my credit card by mistake.

They transferred my call to a supervisor and asked the same questions, and asked if i lived on the address that he mentioned (the address that he mentioned was my address 4 years ago, but the zipcode was my current zipcode?), he said he can only credit my account if he has the account number to verify, so when i gave it to him, he said i should get it within 2 days.

I called my bank and cancelled that same account.

I called Simple Escape back, to find out who is under, after putting me on hold for about 10 minutes, they said it's under my name, phone #... Mmmmmm??? Yeah, after getting my information the first call.

BEWARE! And make sure to check your statements... Very carefully!
