Consumer fraud ripoff victimized many consumers

Unauthorized Credit Card Charge...

My fiance received a packet in the mail. He thought it was just regular junk mail. Yesterday when he was reviewing his bank statement, he noticed a charge on his account for $139 that he did not make from a company called Simple Escapes.

He contact Simple Escapes in hopes to get answers to why they made an unauthorized charge to his account. They ignored his questions and tried to get verification of who he was and where he lived. My fiance did not give them any information other than his name and his zip code.

He then contacted his bank and told them that Simple Escapes made an unauthorized charge to his account. A credit will be issued to my fiance and the bank is now investigating Simple Escapes.
