Hidden Costs

Active online ad as of today Jan 26 advertising a car starter sale based on day booked till the end of Jan. So we booked Jan 30 with claimed discount of 30%. We get a call saying its booking next month. So we call about the sale & they say 20% only if we prepay!

Check our email and they book us in next month with a quote at more that the regular price plus tax (about $130 over) despite the website saying no hidden costs for most vehicles, no taxes with online bookings AND no 20% off for bookings in Feb. I email back questioning the quote and Bill says our car is a complicated install then claims we can have 20% off! Our vehicle is over 5 years old and we called another company who stated the install is not complicated as the newer versions are.

So needless to say, Autotemp was trying to screw us royally. Complete joke about no hidden costs & supposed sale.
