I have subscribed their membership on Jan 9th in the basis of free trial. My membership number is 140550089. But contrary to their promise, they charged me $19.95 for no reason. When I complain about this charge, customer service kept holding of me with their ridiculous rhetoric, instead of refunding my money. I asked them to get me a supervisor, but they hold me long time. I filed a complaint to BBB regarding this issue.
