American changed my daughters flight to a different time and gave me advance notice. When I received my credit card statement, they added $14 to it over and above what I'd already paid for the flight. My daughter only had a backpack, no luggage. What is this charge for? It is also incredibly frustrating trying to speak to anyone in the refund department. The message has you go through several prompts only to be told to call back at another time.
