We went to See different dealers and while we stop at glendale nissan the sales person showed us what they had on their inventory it was not what we wanted so we left and 30 minutes after they call us and assured us that they did have the pick up that we wanted. So we went back there we spend 5 hours there from 5:30pm until 10pm well they keept bringing the wrong car in at the end we left and no car the next day they call us again and after been assured by Leslie the dealers manager that they will bring the car to their lot by saturday afternoon so that we can pick it up. So they made us sign all the documents and they keep the $2000 dollars. Well we received a call again telling us that the pick up was not gone be in on saturday afternoon and they did not know when it was gone be in. The sales manager Martin started laughing over the phone we we got upset about this situation and he said that there was nothing that we could do. When I asked him who his manager was he just keep mocking us. And said that we were a pair to laugh at. It was horrible they are bad people very unprofessionals unethicals.

Went in to buy a grill then they sold it to someone else and did not tell me until I showed up to pick up my grill
