I went to purchased a used car for my son, and the sales person showed me a few cars, we picked the one we like, took the car for a test drive, everything was going very smooth, until we had to talked to the used car manager Larry Lano, what a terrible person, he was treating us really bad, because we asked him if he could help us with the price, he was screaming at us, calling us name, putting my trading all the way down, it was the worst experience that i ever had. All the nice work that the salesman did it went down the drain. I will never go back to this dealership until this stupid fat man is gone, and i will never ever recommend this place to anybody until he is gone. Help your store by firing this so called manager that instead of helping the store, He is messing up lots of deals.
