I'm not sure how they are legally able to do things like this to people. When I read the terms and conditions on this web site, I clearly saw in the fine print, "a one time charge" to your checking account. I IMMEDIATELY hit the back button in the tool bar and went to the previous page. I never signed anything. But somehow or another the checking account I opened a week earlier was charged 99.94 which put my account in the negative so I also got a 34.00 charge from the bank. I did file a claim and my account will be credited for the money taken and my overdraft. How pathetic can you be to do something so dirty to anyone. Has everyone forgotten the golden rule? Treat others the way you want to be treated!!!
