Internet Cash Machine
Offer was $1.97 and I was charged $139.95.99. Terms and conditions not stated

Internet & Web

This company advertised using a reputable news station as a page to attract people interested in this product. The page stated it would cost $2.97 to have the information kit mailed to my home. Then when I navigated away, it said it would only cost $1.97, and so I entered my information. There was no reference to terms and conditions when hitting the rush my order button. The next page had information regarding getting started and a phone number. Again, nothing requesting me to read and agree to terms and conditions.in my email, it stated I was going to be charged a monthly fee which was not stated on the web page, and then I checked my bank account and there was $139.95 charged and also. 99. I called the company, was disconnected before reaching a person twice, then reached a person, and sat on hold for a long time. The person was very rude, and said he cancelled my account and the amount would be credited within 1-2 days. I told him it only took a couple seconds to charge this amount to my account, therefore, remove it now. He said he had other callers (which I am sure he did) and I told him I had not given this company permission to charge my bank account this amount and this is illegal. Whoever this Kelly Richards is that lives in Lincoln Nebraska as this website claims, using her as a success story, I hope she knows her name is being used here, and if she is the person placing this advertisement, I hope she is prosecuted.
