Allowed an online company to charge my checking twice then started overdraft charges

I opened an online checking account with bank of america then applied for an online loan through 200 cash they charge a fee of 19.00 dollars wich was fine but then 200 charged my account again buy mistake i explained this to the bank and they claimed to fix it and did not then the bank keeps charging me a overdraft fee i opened the account with 25.00 then paid 200 cash 19.00 leaving me 6.00 now i owe over a hundred dollars in fees and the bank wont fix it or close account it is there fault that they allowed the second charge from 200 cash and admitted it i should have 6.00 in my checking and refuse to deposit my checks from work untill all charges are reversed in the mean time my overdraw charges keep going up
