On 1-11-12 you took out 99.49 from my checking account stating I had bought a product from you. I did not authorize any money to be taken out of my checking account because I did not have the money to do it. I called you several times and have not received an answer. This has caused an overdraft on my checking account AND I WANT MY MONEY TO BE PUT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT. (Personal Information Removed)
