Eservation was cancelled same day at least within an hour or two online and followed up with phone calls. Charge on my credit card still appeared. Called company and was told it was refunded and advised to call the bank. Called bank and stated no refund has been processed. Called company and was only told due to the cancellation policy it cannot be refunded and they cannot do anything. Cancellation normally for hotel reservation is refunded when cancellation is made before the grace period which before 10pm or so same day.
This is ridiculous, this company is ripping people off. This company should be banned from conducting unfair business.
