They are in CA, I live in CA and it never takes more than 2-3 days to get mail from CA. They say the system says it was mailed on 12/31 and it is now 1/11. The customer line sucks, you stay on hold for avg of 5-7 mins to even get to a agent, then they put you on hold forever when you demand a supervisor! They broke the 7 day business time to get the card and they had the nerve to tell me they could Fed Ex it 3 days for $40! I'm having a class action lawsuit formed against these liars.
