That was torture. - Plane Ticket

I've been a loyal customer of Travelocity.com for a few years now, and until today, I had a great experience. However, my recent attempt to get a flight home for xmas was so horrible I am here now. Lost my business forever.

Here's a simple run down:

Site wouldn't accept payment, "Sorry, we are experiencing difficulties processing this credit card."

Customer service wouldn't help me until I got my bank on the phone because they said it was a problem with my card—it wasn't.

My bank tells me they charged me 6 times (still unresolved at this moment, I have to call back).

Rude travelocity.com agent transfers me to a nicer guy, who finally starts getting somewhere and reruns the payment ($10 more expensive this time) and convinces his manager to waive the $25 fee after a long while on hold.

Payment is confirmed by a supervisor.

Payment doesn't go through again.

10 mins on hold.

"It's a problem with our sever, call back in an hour (9:30pm in NYC—not sure about the time zone in India) and we cannot promise the same price."

I say, "can you call me back?"

"Of course not, muahaha"

Hmm..."thanks for your help, may I please speak with a supervisor."

Sit on hold for 10 mins...

"I'm sorry, he's busy, please hold more."

Then my battery got low and I had been on the phone for an hour and gave up.

2 Hours of my life GONE! Hence forth, I call for a permanent ban on Travelocity.com—HORRIBLE.
