Ripoff dirty ripoff liars fraud business

In May I received a phone call from a company claiming to be Citi Bank. They offered me an unsecured Mastercard, If I agreed to have my bank account debited for $300.00.

Then I waited & waited for my card, called them back (after being on hold for half the day) and their "agent" claimed that they had the wrong address on my file & that he would correct the error & get my mastercard to me within 3 business days. Then I still received nothing so I called again and the same exact "agent" answered the phone & told me that they did not have my signature on file so he would fax me a generic application for me to send back to him.

So I did and I called back a few days later and the same "agent" again told me that my card was definately mailed "today" and I should be receiving it by tomorrow.

Well tomorrow came & now I have still no card and I now cannot get anyone on the phone it is just a recording leaving a fax # or mailing address. Thank God for your site to finally confirm and to let others know the are con-artists.
