Circle media bids limited Predators, Liars and Thieves

Received e-mail of online auction site. I realize now what a stupid mistake I made. I registered September 20th. The next day $159 was debited from my account. I called the number immediately. They say on the phone that they are dedicated to excellent customer service and to download a refund form.
I filled it out and mailed it. I was told I would receive my refund in 7 days. No refund. After the allotted time I contact them again on the phone and the live chat on their website. At this time they tell me I must wait 14 days, and 21 days.
I am told several time frames in one interaction. The next live chat after 7 more days, this is on October 1st. I am told a priority code and in 7 days I should have my refund and I should return to live chat to confirm this.
That day was today. No refund. This time I am told it takes 28 days. And in 10 days I should have my money back. I spoke to a supervisor over the phone today. When I said customer service includes providing refunds she replies, "Says you!"
I have never in my life been treated like this. I hope to warn other people who may get this e-mail, do not do it. It looks attractive. But it is not clearly stated that you are going to pay $159 before participating. And if they tell you they are happy to refund your money, they are lying. When they say they are dedicated to customer service they are lying.
