They NEVER refund money for cancelled orders

Www.MyVitanet.com is a RIP-OFF. If you cancell an order, they will NEVER refund your money. If you call and DO get through to a real person, they tell you to wait and wait and wait. Chaz admitted that it IS a problem. Terrible. They owe me $13.76. I am positive that I will NEVER get credited.
