I went to my country on September 26and i just come back home to Georgia and received a bill from family mobile for $104.46 and i haven't used the phone for over 3 months because i was away for f

I had family mobile plan for a while, but on September 26 i had to go to my country for family death and i had to stay there more time i was expected, but i didn't know that i had to call the phone company to request a suspension on my cell phone, eventhough i couldn't used my cell phone while i was down there for the amount of time i was there, so when i come back home, i received a bill from family mobile for $ 104.46 and i am without a cell phone because they have suspended my number. I would like very much for family mobile to look into my request and see if the company can credit my account for the time that my cell phone number hasn't been used at all.
