Our 2009 Grandee Spa purchased in 3/10 has broken twice. The service response was unacceptable, as are the repeated breakdowns. We would like our spa FIXED once and for all, without incurring repeated fees. THe last repair only lasted 2 months and now there is a new problem. We had a grandee before and loved it, but this one is a piece of junk.
