Grandee Spa doesn't wrok - Grandee Hot Tub, Hot Springs Spa, Garden Spas and Pools

We purchased a 2009 Grandee in March. This summer, the circulating pump broke & we had to pay $50 for the service company to come out to fix it. They didn't have the part and wouldn't have it shipped "because it would cost them too much - we had to wait until they had a full truck. Nearly 2 months later, they got the part and charged us another $50 to come back to install it. Now just 2 months later, the spa is broken again - it repeatedly trips the breaker and will not heat up. It's a piece of junk. A prior message to Hot Springs customer service was not responded to
