Repeated Repairs on Dishwashe

I purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher 2 years and 3 months ago. 03/16 is the exact date. The date i received it was 03/23model # is kudk03itbl3serial # is fy0819379.

The problem is not with the store i purchased it from, but the dishwasher itself. I have had to have service come out 5 times in the 2 years I have my dishwasher. The thermal fuse has blown, the first time after 7 days of my delivery. The company replaced it (Appliance Plus) not kitchenaid. The second time was 04/09. The company, Appliance Plus, again fixed it free of charge. At that time, I should have returned the machine because it was definitely, a lemon. I truly believed in the store i purchased it from, due to their reputation, the thermal fuse went again, for the third time, 04/03. I waited for the repair until 04/14. They again fixed it free of charge. THIS IS THREE TIMES DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

Monday, 04/25 i spoke with someone from Kitchenaid and explained my problem. They told me it was past the 2 year warranty. I told them that i had the problem 3 times before the 2 years. They told me to call the company i purchased it from and to let them take care of it. They have come out again, put another thermal fuse and are awaiting a whole encasing along with another thermal fuse. Today, may 28 th, the fuse blew again for the 5 th time. I want a new dishwasher. I am sending this message to yelp.com, and also the better business bureau and kitchenaid. Also, channel 7 news, to let them know that kitchenaid has given me the run-around, and has refused to give me a new dishwasher. The store i bought it from has helped me tremendously, but Kitchenaid has been negligent. It is now June 1 and i am still awaiting a repair.
